Yes you can access your content on a computer, tablet or phone by login into www.dailypowershot.com on any web browser.

Apple and Android Apps will be coming soon to give you additional access options.

Steps to reset your password:

1. From the login page, select FORGOT PASSWORD beneath the login credentials

2. Add your email address when prompted

3. Go to your email provider, and open the email sent from Powershot

4. Click the link

5. Choose a new password and add it when prompted

6. Save your password somewhere safe :)

To change your current subscription, please go to your account dashboard, click purchase. Here you will see your current plan, click on change and choose your desired plan.

Members can only consume the content from our portal but can not download it on their devices as this is a subscription.

Within our mobile apps, members will be able to download the content for offline viewing.

Yes you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.

If you have signed up via a website, then you will need to cancel your subscription on the Powershot Website within the Account Dashboard.

If you signed up within the app / vid-app, all in-app subscriptions are managed by Apple & Google.

When canceling your Powershot subscription, the following applies:

• We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next payment date for cancellations to process in time.

• Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds nor pro-rate remaining subscriptions.

• After canceling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Powershot app for the remainder of your billing cycle. 

• Canceling your subscription means you will lose the rate you joined Powershot or Realms Of Meditation at; all members are locked in at the rate they joined, so if we raise our prices, it doesn’t affect your subscription unless you cancel. If you choose to rejoin the app, you will join at the latest subscription rate. 

• To reactivate your subscription, you can log back into your iOS or Android app or visit www.dailypowershot.com

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps mentioned below.

Here are the exact instructions to cancel your plan on the website:

1. Login to your account

2. Go to the ACCOUNT DETAILS from the main menu

3. Select BILLING

4. Select CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

5. Provide a bit of feedback so we can improve the experience for the community

6. Cancel the next billing cycle of your account. 

Once you’ve canceled your subscription, your login will remain active, and your account will expire at the end of your billing cycle—you will not be charged again.

It's important to note that you will need to cancel the subscription on your device if you set up your membership using one of the apps.

Deleting the app does not cancel your membership.

We do not issue refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or similar reasons or events.

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (at the end of the year or month, depending on your subscription), as Practice with Clara does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends.

Please check your current subscription and billing date to be clear when you will be charged and cancel before your billing cycle ends should you want to end your subscription on dailypowershot.com

How to use Realms Of Meditation:

1. Watch the video as you listen through the teaching.

2. After watching the video, please pick a pair of headphones or earphones (if you haven’t already done so), and find a quiet place or a place where you can sit or lie down in a relaxed mode.

3. Play the video again and follow with your eyes closed as you listen with your spirit. Focus on Prophet voice to allow tuning out other voices then drift away as you meditate on the words you are hearing.

4. Continue on the meditation after Prophet is no longer speaking, allow  your self to interact with God by speaking and/or listening to him! You can do this as many times as you want.

The more you do it, the easier it will become to concentrate and focus. Do not be discouraged if you find that your mind is wandering. It will get easier as you keep on going. It takes a little practice.

You might need to clear your browser’s cache memory to remove old information on your device browser if you are getting errors or page not loading.

Safari Browser:

1. In Safari, tap the book sign at the bottom.

2. Tap the clock icon, then tap Clear.

3. Choose how much of your browsing history to clear.

Chrome browser

1. On your Phone or iPad, open the Chrome app

2. At the bottom, tap more (...)

3. Tap History › Clear browsing data.

4. Make sure there's a check mark next to "Cookies, Site Data," and "Cached Images and Files.
